You did it! Thank you for your purchase. We hope you’re satisfied with your shopping experience here with us. If you are not completely satisfied with the item(s) that you’ve purchased, you may return it for a refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information about our return policy.
If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase and would like a return and get a refund, all returns must be requested and postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the shipment date. The returned items must be in original new condition and returned along with all of the original packaging. Including the original tags and attached labels. Any items with signs of wear and tear or removed parts will not be eligible for a return.
To start your process to return a purchased item, please first contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have received a RMA number, please securely place the item you would like to return in its original packaging with the receipt and mail to the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping and insurance charges. For your convenience, we’d recommend using a trackable method to mail your return.
Once we receive the item you returned, our team will first inspect the condition of the item before processing your return (or exchange). It will take at least fourteen (14) business days from the date of receiving your item. After, we will send an email to notify you that your return has been processed.
If you receive your item and it is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service number.
- Returns under the price of $35,000 will be charged with a 15% restocking fee.
- Returns above the price of $35,000 will be charged with a 10% restocking fee.
- If an order is canceled before it enters the shipping process, there will be an 8% cancellation fee.
- If an order is canceled after it has been shipped out, you will be charged our restocking fee.
- All sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, they are all final sale.
- Products above $80,000 are considered special orders and they are not eligible for returns.
- Special order deposits are non-refundable.
- If items are purchased by watch manufacturers, brand distributors, and any person acting on behalf of these entities are not eligible for return.
- International customers, please note that if you choose to return items because of customs or duty reasons, the restocking and shipping fee may be applied.
