My Choice Constellation Limited Edition Watches

Back in 1982, Omega released a watch that brought in a game changing and long lasting style. In fact, the model was named the Constellation Manhattan and these days it is renowned for its distinct claws, which make it one of the most recognisable timepieces on the planet. Designed to hold the sapphire crystal and gasket flush within the watch case, the claws of Griffes as they are known at Omega, helped to ensure that the model remained waterproof. These Griffes or claws would go on to become a trademark of the Constellation line and to this day they are an immensely popular feature of this famous family of watches. In 1995 Omega brought globally popular American supermodel and personality Cindy Crawford onto their project of brand ambassadors, with the Constellation her watch of choice. In 2009 Omega relaunched the Constellation line to massive anticipation.
